As far back as I can remember, I’ve always loved working in visual media. I’ve worked in film as a director, crew member, editor and festival director. I’ve also created CD-Roms, DVDs, and web pages, and even designed my own line of T-shirts, which you may have seen a few years ago at various NYC boutiques.
But the thing I love most of all is painting in oil. I’ve studied at the Art Students League of New York and currently work out of my studio in Baltimore. Whether I’m painting pets or people, I learn something new and valuable from each and every subject.
CAUSES
I’ve been proud to use my work to help promote and raise funds for groups doing work for or with animals. Here are links to some of the groups to which I’ve either donated paintings or proceeds from the sales of paintings:
- Recycled Love
- BARCS (Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter)
- Baltimore County Humane Society
- Mid-Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue
- Legacy Boxer Rescue
- Barkin Arts NYC
My painting Dog Run hanging in the “real life room”
at the Humane Society of Baltimore County, where people
can relax and get to know their new adopted dogs!
